Great "business rugged" boot

Just got these boots and I love them! I would describe them as a "business rugged" type of boot. Versatile and good looking. True fit size. Now I wouldn't recommend these boots for super cold weather and being outside all day in them but getting into the office or a quick field/site visit they work perfectly and look great

Came just in time for a snow and ice storm….so far so good. I am a 9.5 usually and ordered a size 10 and they are comfy. Good looking boot with great tread for winter weather.

Watch out for poor customer service

In the ordering process of this boot - I entered another delivery address and then it reverted back to mine. I called within 30 minutes to redirect the order and was told they could not help me at all. This is ridiculous. I then asked to speak to her supervisor and she said “ sure” but you will be on hold for an hour! Just know that if there are any issues - they will not assist you.
