Packaged very poorly

I have bought earrings for 10.00 that have come packed better than this bracelet and it is not the best sterling silver also it does not sparkle like it should

Placed order on may 19 never received the shipment called 2 weeks after they said shipment lost will send new one, fast forward to June 25 still nothing I call customer service and they tell me sorry will mail the shipment now we were waiting for confirmation that you still want the shipment what kind a nonsense is this ? I placed an order and paid money why would you not ship ? Will never use Macy’s for shopping online bunch of lies to just take your money and never ship things
