Exactly what I was looking for

This is a really nice little French press--just the right size for a single cup of coffee or tea. I have the larger version, but for a single cup it really doesn't work as well, so I was glad to see it offered in this smaller size. It is light-weight, but sturdy and compact; fits perfectly in my cupboard. Very easy to clean, as the beaker pulls out of the frame without loosening the screw and the screen also unscrews from the base of the plunger to rinse out coffee grounds or tea leaves. Pretty good price as well.

Great press but coffee for one

This is a 1 cup pot NOT 3. Makes a terrific cup of coffee. But it is coffee for 1.

    Glass cracked before first use

During the first use of the french press I noticed the glass had a crack in it from the top to about 1 inch down and then turned and cracked some more. I would not recommend using this product at all.

    Broke too soon

I bought this earlier this year. I don't know when or where. I lost the receipt. Today, after washing and drying it, I discovered a half-inch hole in the bottom corner of the glass. It's within a year with little use, but I don't have the receipt so I doubt that I could take advantage of the lifetime guarantee.

10 years and still going strong

I was given one as a gift a decade ago. I use it often. The press stem hole in the lid is a little loose, but otherwise no signs of wear. Excellent product.

    I love my french press!

We don't own an automatic coffee maker at home. I actually prefer the taste of french press coffee better. We even take our french press camping (glamping)!

This is a teeny, tiny coffee maker!

Don't let the description of a 3-cup coffee maker fool you. This is really a one-cup coffee maker. The most water you can put in is 8 oz. There is no way to tell how small it is via the description as it doesn't mention the capacity beyond 3-cups. Suggestions to retailer - present the amount of water this thing can safely hold without making a giant mess on your counter. (it's a little over 8 oz.) - Present a photo of this product next to an action figure (like Han Solo) so it's clear of the scale. Overall an extremely disappointing product due to the uninformative product specs.

    Not as advertised

This does not hold 3 cups. It barely hold 1.5 cups.
