Best Headphone

The physical switches and controls are a great feature, making them easy to use. The sound quality and noise cancellation are top-notch in the industry; listening to music with these headphones allows you to completely immerse yourself in your own world. Excellent headphones

I purchased this as an upgrade for my mom. She had her previous pair a long time and was happy with them but then she got a puppy who got a hold of them so I got her the new pair for her birthday. She loves them so much and I'm glad I got them for her. She says they are comfortable and loved the noise cancelling they provide especially for flights. They also honored the price match without hassle when they went on sale from the price I paid.

Disappointed in packaging

I ordered two different colors of these headphones. The first color arrived boxed, cushioned, and inserted in a bubble mailer within the box. It also had a receipt. The second pair of expensive headphones? Shoved in a bubble mailer, sticker slapped on, no receipt. I hope they’re functional.

Impressed

Love the earphones, don't like the fact the instructions don't explain or show in the pictures the features of the item. Had no idea how to turn them on, still don't know where the volume is, and God forbid trying to refold them to put back in their zippered container.

Best Purchase I Ever Made

I have Parkinson's Disease and am hard of hearing. Even with hearing aids I could not hear or understand what people were saying over the phone. I bought 2 headsets from other manufacturers. Not only could I not hear what the person was saying, they could not hear me! My husband always took matters into his own hands and bought me Bose Quiet Comfort headphones. The headphones have a built in mike.. I was never so pleased with a purchase! They work beautifully!. The sound is incredible! Even just conversations sound incredible!
