Exemplary performance

Have been using Bose QuietComfort earbuds since they were introduced. I have upgraded within weeks of teh new models being introduced, and upgraded to the second generation Ultras, not expecting a significant improvement. Wow! Did I misjudge the advancement in performance. The noise cancellation is superb, best I've ever experienced. Tonal delivery is very good but I would like to see more granular control in the equaliser (smaller frequency bands). Comfortable to wear for long periods, I forget I've got them in half the time. Highly recommend any Bose product as I have several and will continue to pay the premium price for superior delivery.

Bose gone backwards

I had my old bose earphones for about 5 years, still working, but thought it's on sale and it must be better 5 years later BUT NOOOOO. My old bose noise cancelling is better AND the old one sounds AND fit better too ....

A bit bulky - love the color

I like the new design but actually miss the original! I have had several iterations of the nnoise canceling BOSE products and each one seems less of a fit for me. I love the quiet feature but there is so much else going on with the features. The blueberry color is fun but the design of the case and ear buds is bulky.

Heartbroken

Had the series before this one for about 2 yrs and I loved, loved, loved them. Went to Jamaica this past October on vacation and left them poolside😫. I was in denial for a while to think that I would find them somewhere in my luggage, but when I didn't I decided to buy myself a Xmas present and I'm glad I did. My favorite part is still the QC and I'm loving the new colors 🥰
