Love The Product, Hate The App!

I'e had this for about three weeks and love the sound and look. I have no complaints with it only that I am unable to connect it to the Bose app--the same problem I have with my Bose ear buds; they work great, love them, but can't connect them to the app--which I reinstalled to ensure I had the latest version. Fix the app Bose, and I'll be a one hundred percent happy customer.

Cute speaker with great sound

I recently replaced a speaker from another company with this one and I'm very happy so far with the sound. The design is nice, it's easy to use, and connects to my devices quickly. The only complaint is the battery life. I could use my previous speaker for weeks before needing to recharge it, but this one only lasts 2-3 days with the same usage. I guess it's a small price to pay for exquisite sound.

Great little speaker

Iv'e had this awhile and I absolutely love it. The sound is amazing. I have it in my Billiard room and it fills the whole room up with crisp, quality music that is typical with a Bose product. I would definitely recommend this.

Might return them.

I'm not crazy about the sound quality - bass isn't there. Plus, the controls could be clearer. I bought two so I could set up stereo but it seems you have to set it again every time you turn it on.

The Bose SoundLink Home Bluetooth Speaker’s bass can be adjusted, and its sound characteristics may change depending on the location and environment of the sound source. Moving the system closer to a wall or corner, or placing it on or near hard surfaces, will increase the bass response. Here’s a helpful guide you can check for this concern: https://bose.life/3YBzAs0 Regarding stereo mode: when either speaker is powered on, it reconnects to the most recently connected speaker.
