Amazing sound. Good app control. No portprotection

Sounds like a perfect Bose product. The app is ready to use and can be quickly customized for individual songs. Suggested improvement for the app would be an undo/ redo feature. Suggested improvement for the speaker would be to waterproof the charge port area with a protective cover. The Turtle Box has this, but this speaker sounds better than a T-Box in my opinion.

Great Sound

I purchased my second Bose portable speaker recently. I wanted more volume and great sound. I work outside in the yard and I wanted to hear my music everywhere I was working. The Bose Soundlink Max did not disappoint. My neighbors love it too!

Easy setup & Switching between devices easy!

Sound quality is amazing and battery lasts forever even while charging my dead phone battery. The app from Bose lets you adjust the equalizer also has quick tap preset settings. My favorite part when you want to let someone else play music off your speakers it’s a simple click of a button and done.

Cannot connect CD player.

I made this purchase for Bose's known sound quality in a small package, for my apartment, but was hoping I could connect my CD player and my turntable so I could play my old recordings. Cannot do that. So with regrets I will return it. When I phoned Bose with a question about this I had been told the Aux connection would handle my players. Not so. Note, its portability was not at all a factor in my purchase.
