Never arrived

I purchased 2 pair different sizes! Both were shipped at the same time! I only received one! And waited over 3 weeks for the sec one until I called customer service in (India) and no one was able to track my package! They promised to ship it back and expedite it but instead they ended up canceling my order! I called back and they said we didn’t have the size you selected online! I purchased it as a gift to someone. Very disappointed and will never take the risk of buying a gift over Macy’s app again.
