Service Complaint

The shoes were what I was looking for in terms of style, but they ran differently, so I needed a different size. For some reason, the online service team could not simply exchange it for the correct size. They sent me to the store. I go to the store, and they can process a return, not an exchange, and cannot order the item either. They also couldn’t get me the item at the same price. Bad service experience, so now I sale was lost because I can BUY online, but have to go in person, only to not get what I wanted.
