Expensive sneakers arrived in poor condition.

The sneakers arrived in poor condition, not new. The suede on the sides was worn and white, and one pair had a stain on the upper. They looked like they'd been used. When I bought them, I thought I was buying sneakers in factory-new condition. I'm very disappointed with this purchase and will never shop from this store again.
