You can use twin mattresses of your choice, and the trundle can hold a mattress up to 8 inches, giving you the flexibility to choose a deeper mattress on top, depending on your preference. The daybed ships in two boxes and comes complete with all the necessary hardware and instructions to assemble it quickly and easily.
