Horrible

Cheaply made. I’ve had two for about 4 months and one is broken and the other is breaking. Not worth it.

Gray chair

Beautiful chair. I ordered this chair during black Friday sale. When I put it together, there was an issue with the chair. I contacted Macy's and the next day the seller, Brightening House, contacted me. Brightening House has great customer service. They made sure that I got another chair and that I was satisfied.

Not what I had hoped for

Chair is very attractive but it did not work for me. I have Neuropathy and my les are not strong enough to make it recline and close---My husband said I looked very uncomfortable in it---I am a plus size lady so maybe that was some of the issue---I returned it free of charge---no problem so far
