Fireplace details are vague and disappointing.

Ordered because it was on sale. There was no detail about the fireplace - upon delivery its very basic only on/off manual switches for light and heat. Other models have remotes/timers/color options - not this one! I had tried reaching out to the manufacturer for details before ordering - no response. I even tried Macy's customer support, they had me on hold for 45 mins and were supposed to call me back with the answer and never did. Overall the entertainment itself is good quality but the fireplace is disappointing, seems like they are purposely vague on the details in the listing and overall not helpful with it.
