Very disappointed

Not sure who to blame. I just received my expensive purse in a box with packing paper. Micheal Kors & Coach always do much better than this. All the zippers and tags have no tissue covering them which tells me I have a used or pre sold purse. One of the handles has a scratch. Very disappointed. My first Brahmin will sadly probably be my last. How can Macy's send this out?
