Did not last 2 months
Would give zero stars if possible. Had this for less than 2 months and it won't brew. Have done every troubleshooting item possible, nothing. For the price it should last a lot longer

Great Value
This coffee maker makes great coffee and is reasonably priced. It doesn’t have a bunch of unnecessary frills. It doesn’t even beep when the coffee is completely brewed! But the coffee is good and stays hot. My only complaint is that it periodically releases steam after brewing as if the unit needs to be cleaned of calcium buildup although the machine is new.

Brewsense is nuisance
Within a month the warming tray started rusting, bubbling and lifting. I covered this with heat resistant silicone pad (I hate returning and causing waste). Now a year later the heating element shuts off randomly so our coffee gets cold immediately after brewing. I have so many brain products from the 1980s that last. Sadly it's just become another junky lifestyle brand interested in SKUs over quality.

Last Braun coffee maker I bought lasted me 20 years probably would still be working got destroyed when moving , the one I bought in May works great

Mostly great but no way to stop descaling process!
I’m on my second BrewSense since 2018 and mostly love it. I’ll list the pro reasons but first I’m going to list the cons. (Maybe because I haven’t yet had my morning coffee) Cons: (1) If you accidentally hit the CLEAN function button which is right next to the 1-4 cup function button, your coffee maker will go into descaling mode and there’s nothing you can do to stop it, unplugging doesn’t stop the process. (Which is what just happened to me and why I’m coffeeless while writing this) As careful as I try to be, sometimes I accidentally hit clean and it’s extremely disappointing. I’m hoping in their newer model brewers, Braun has rectified this. (2) I wipe down my kitchen appliances, especially the stainless ones with Isopropyl alcohol and unfortunately in doing so on the Braun Brew Sense KF6050WH, the alcohol removed the function buttons labels! I couldn’t believe it! The labels are printed on & cannot withstand isopropyl alcohol so beware. PRO: I love the compact size, the included permanent filter and the sleek design! I also love the features, especially the ability to brew 1-4 cups (my favorite feature), the auto shut off, the brew pause when the carafe is removed and the water filter. Most important PRO of all, this Braun brews DELICIOUS COFFEE, so, this is why I’ve put up with the cons! Also why I came to the Braun website to see if there is an upgraded, newer version with all digital functionality and a way to exit the descaling process if started by accident.
