Stopped working after 2 months

The device stopped working after two months. Braun's support team seems useless. Wasted time and money. I don't recommend it!

Best small appliance for your kitchen

I upgraded to this model and it is much better. The attachment for making mashed potatoes is a miracle. I did 2.5 pounds of potatoes in a very short time span. Ginger and garlic are chopped to perfection. Herbs are chopped as long as they are dry. I did mint and cilantro with no problems. I just have no negative experience with this model. I gave them as presents a year ago and my relatives use it all the time. The two main pieces fir in my silverware drawer, which I really like.

Fell apart

I tried this hand blender the first time on Christmas day. I wanted to use the potato masher. Put it together, hit the button and it fell apart. Not happy. According to the tiny instruction pamphlet it should click in place when putting the accessory on the blending shift. I can not get it to click in place.
