I never got my suit. It says delivered, but it never was.
Found the right brand of suit to wear
I have bought several suits over the past couple months to update my clothing due to loss of weight. The Braverman suit is made of good quality and has very good color. Out of the different lines of suits I’ve purchased, I like the feel, fit and color of this line of suit the best.

Read terms for returns carefully. If you’re used to getting things in the store and have to purchase online just know in order to return you have to follow steps online and can’t ask an associate in store.
Suit Never Arrived! Horrible Service
I’m deeply disappointed and frustrated with the complete lack of accountability shown by both Daily Haute and Macy’s regarding a suit I ordered—which NEVER arrived. After patiently waiting, I received mixed delivery notifications: Email said it was delivered at 11:30 AM Tracking number said it arrived at 3:30 PM Yet I got the “delivered” alert while at home at 8:27 PM, and guess what? No package. When I contacted Macy’s/Daily Haute for help, I was met with a lazy shrug of responsibility. They claimed “our system shows it was delivered, contact USPS.” That’s it. No photo proof, no attempt at resolution, and certainly no refund. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to suggest I “check around the neighborhood” in case it went to the wrong house—how is that my responsibility? So let me get this straight: You can’t confirm with certainty when or where the package was delivered You leave it to me to track it down in my neighborhood And you charge me shipping AND handling w

The size is not true and the problem with me is I return it to the Macy’s store and I didn’t get my money yet. I don’t like the service been- more than a week and I still didn’t get my money yet.
