Cracked On Delivery
Bought this for my wife on black friday came in cracked and the box was damage which would explain why there is a crack besides that though worked great but I would like to exchange for the same one thats not cracked. If macys could make this happen please reach out

Don’t by a sage!
Bought as upgrade to Bambino plus. What a mistake. Steam wand always needs cleaning and gets clogged up, bambino hardly ever did. The grinder is poor and comes out in clumps no matter what grind setting it is in. Wish I hadn’t bothered and I’ll never have a sage again and would not reccomend.

That’s never what we want, especially when you’ve already been happy with another one of our machines. Regarding the steam wand, one thing that can really help is purging it after every use, this flushes out any milk residue inside the wand. If it isn’t purged regularly, the openings can block over time, which can happen on most machines. With the grinder, each bean can behave quite differently (oilier, drier, darker roasts, etc.), so the grinding adjustments vary a lot. The grinder can be set to a very fine setting and each bean require individual dialling-in. We completely understand your frustration, and we wish we’d had the chance to go through all this with you in more detail to assist with grinder adjustments or the steaming process. We’ve had the Breville 880 for a couple of weeks now and use it every day. It’s incredibly user-friendly, and the design looks absolutely stunning. Highly recommended!

Perfect home coffee machine
I have used Breville Barista Machine for past 5 years, and recently upgraded to Touch model. This is hands down one of the best coffee machines out there for its value as it takes care of milk frothing. The in-built grinder is great and as long as you know the process of dialing-in the coffee, it extracts consistently every time. I upgraded third party tamper and coffee distributor with even better results. Now I enjoy the morning ritual with complete satisfaction.

The best Espresso machine
The Breville Barista Touch is a great espresso machine if you want café-style drinks at home without dealing with complicated steps. The touchscreen makes it very easy to use and you just choose your drink, and the machine guides you through grinding, brewing, and steaming. The built-in grinder is a big plus because you don’t need a separate machine to grind your beans. It also has automatic milk frothing, which makes smooth and creamy milk for lattes and cappuccinos with almost no effort. It heats up quickly, so it’s perfect for busy mornings.
