A happy customer!
Takes a little bit of time to optimise the coffee taste but the resulting effort is well worth it. Coffee is excellent. The machine is straightforward to use, heats up quickly and is easy to clean. It looks great in our kitchen and I would certainly recommend the Sage Touch.

Cracked On Delivery
Bought this for my wife on black friday came in cracked and the box was damage which would explain why there is a crack besides that though worked great but I would like to exchange for the same one thats not cracked. If macys could make this happen please reach out
