Novice Barista, Great Result!

My oldest daughter is a coffee connoisseur and barista at various local establishments. She recommended this product to her coffee-challenged parents and we are loving it! Never had better espresso based drinks, and considering the user, that's saying something!

Do Not Buy - Low Build Quality and Reliability

I bought one in June 2024, and nine months later in March the unit would not power on. I returned it under warranty to be repaired and they returned it two weeks later fixed and said it was a faulty ground connection. Now in February 2026, almost 1 year after the repair and less than two years since new, the power button is faulted. I can’t use the machine.

Do Not Purchase! Horrible Machine

This machine has been faulty on more than one occasion in the 6 months we have had it! Have spent hours on the phone with Breville to fix it. Fix one problem and another problem starts. (slow drip / no drip / no power / turning on by itself). No one wants to stand behind the product. Breville wants me to disassemble machine and send it back for their technicians to review. Macy's basically says - not our problem. Horrible!!! No words to even adequately describe my frustration. Overpriced and not worth it!

I tried the Breville Barista Touch Impress and it’s a beautiful, high quality espresso machine. It’s semi automatic, so you need to be involved in making your coffee. The touchscreen guides you step by step, and it heats up very fast. The coffee tastes great, and the milk comes out smooth and creamy. But as a mom of three kids, my mornings are very busy. I don’t always have extra time to grind, tamp and steam milk. I usually prefer a machine where I can press one button and my coffee is ready. If you enjoy being part of the coffee making process, this machine is great choice. But if you want something quick and fully automatic, it might not be the best fit for busy mornings

Breville delicious espresso, latte, cappuccino mac

Omgosh!!! BREVILLE!! This is absolutely amazing for the express and cappuccino admirer in me. I love the way it was super easy to put together. The features are made to be simple. The size and look in my kitchen is wonderful. It is not heavy, just right. Super easy to clean, and did I say how awesome 😎 this machine is? I absolutely give it 10 stars!!!! ⭐️

The Absolute Coffee Experience

I am absolutely obsessed with my new Breville Barista Touch Impress Coffee Machine. This is the absolute coffee experience. My dream machine. I was worried it would be hard to use but it is foolproof. It gives you step by step instructions on how to make all kinds of coffees… lattes, espressos, cappuccinos, flat whites. It grinds your coffee beans to perfection, brews your coffee expertly and heats your milk to the right temperature. It comes with all the necessary tools for the perfect cup of coffee including a cleaning kit. I may never have to step foot inside a coffee shop again. I highly recommend!

Love love love this machine .

This coffee machine is my livelihood! I am in awe by how incredible this works. The results that it produces are insane : clean and smooth espresso tha doesn’t taste cheap at all . Its output proves that greatness. The materials are easy to put together and install. They all look safe as well. This mà him is one of my friend has had before and it’s last her for such a long time. I am excited for that. Controls are very intuitive and easy to learn .it makes minimal to no noise so I would totally recommend this product!!!
