I have to say Im a bit disappointed. The name and the price made me more hopeful. I expected consistency at a minimum. One pull after another - first shows +/-30 sec pull, the second is too fast. Same beans, same grind. Ive learned that this is fine in the bigger picture. I didnt think I would have to get a scale and weight the beans and the output. If I could go back I would make a different choice in machine. Dont get me wrong - this works mostly wonderful but the output on the display makes this seem harder than what it should be.

Excellent Coffee!
After looking at several machines, I decided on the Touch Impress and have been very happy with it! It's easy to set up and use and the quality of the drinks has been outstanding. The only concern is with the milk frothing. When going to a higher temp or froth setting, the milk tends to overflown. Otherwise, the frothing works well and the texture is great at the higher settings...just keep an eye on it! I like the automation as it walks me through making a drink, but I like that I can make it the way I want too. It wasn't cheap but the quality of the machine and the drinks is worth it.

Perfect Lattes Almost Hands Free
I previously had the Breville Barista Pro which required a lot more hands on set up etc. I love that this new machine has a tamper that is with a lever and measures if you need more or less beans for the perfect extraction based on the level of the puck. I love that this machine recommended to alter bean grind size based on speed of extraction for the perfect espresso shot. I LOVE the milk thermometer/temp gauge that allows you to steam milk to desired temp per drink. Perfect for those that can’t handle super hot beverages like my sister. I also like how you can alter the amount of micro foam desires as well as choosing which type of milk you are frothing. I love how you can save your customizations for a drink under any title you want for ease of recreating the drink next time. My favorite part is that you can click the button and walk away. No monitoring is needed because you don’t have to hold anything. The machine knows what to do pretty well when you just allow it to do its auto thing.

Phenomenal Expresso Machine
No prior experience and I was making drinks far superior To Starbucks in less than 30 minutes, including unpacking and setup. Soooo happy with this purchase. Thank You !!

Love It
I bought this product because I felt life is too short to drink industrial coffee. It’s met all my expectations. The guided touch screen makes it very easy to create a cafe worthy coffee drink.

Delicious every time!
I bought a Barista Touch for my son a month ago and he could not be happier! I have one and he was only able to enjoy it when he visited but now he has his own to enjoy daily!
