Its ok i guess.

I drink green tea which needs to be at 175. i have to put it on 195 to get it to 175, so its like 20 degrees off. So it heats up water but not at the buttons settings.

Great product

I have had this a few weeks now and so far I am very happy.This is a replacement of a previous Breville kettle which I had for over fifteen years.A++

Competent, reliable, easy-to-use

We've been using this every day for a few years. The electrical contacts became flaky after a while. A little rub with steel wool got it working again. Beeps are a bit loud. Otherwise a great unit

The plastic handle doesn't last - two have broken without being dropped!!

My wife LOVES the tea pot ... EXCEPT! We have bought two of them and after a few years, without being dropped, the handle of both of them just broke apart at the top. I was able to fix one with some epoxy, but unable to fix the first one. Suggestion .... even though they work well - DON'T BUY THIS!!
