Seems like a great unit. Arrived with a dent on the top, that I would accept as minimal. However, could not contact anyone to offer a minimal credit. Reboxing is daunting.
Amazing
I purchased before Thanksgiving for some single help before the big day. I made my own pumpkin pie from scratch, and it turned out well. I use this every other day.

Perfect choice for us!
Absolutely love this! It is tall enough to act as a second oven when cooking multiple things but small enough to not take up much counter space. Love the app which allows me to take the timer to another room and know what is going on.it is very easy to operate. Haven’t tried the air fryer function yet bet I am looking forward to it!

Not just a pretty face…
I’ve been searching for a very long while for a piece of equipment that would comparably replace my ancient Cuisinart toaster oven broiler (TOB). It had performed beautifully for me, but I often wished it would accommodate larger food items. Six different disappointing TOBs later I finally took the plunge and ordered the Breville Joule 950. The price tag, in comparison to the last six disappointments, was a big ask. And the purchase had to happen sight unseen, as local vendors didn’t carry any. What a beautiful piece of equipment! So far, I’ve been VERY pleasantly pleased and impressed with the performance and versatility of this unit. While decidedly larger than my others, I finally have a substantial, easy to clean Interior to work with. Lamb shanks and tomahawk steaks fit comfortably. Having never owned nor used any air fryers I can’t offer any comparison, but this one rocks. I am over the moon happy with this purchase!

Great Oven
I purchased my Joule® Oven Air Fryer Pro about a week ago. I absolutely love it. I love the videos on the Studio pass, showing how to cook certain foods. I love how many pans and accessories come with my oven. This is the best purchase I have made in 10 years. I am saving up for the Control Freak. I am extremely happy with my purchase. The real question is what’s not to like with the Joule® Oven Air Fryer Pro?

You will like the oven
Really good product, it repleaced previous Breville that lasted over 10 years. We were sceptical about microwaves, so we boughy 800 model, this one is an upgrade and is awsome.

In it to win it!
So. We have been buying these ovens for a few years and have found that the abilities of these ovens vary widely. We originally bought a tiny Krups with quartz heating lamps and it was good. Moved up to a WOLF oven and it was absolutely lackluster. So we looked and looked and looked and found this oven. This oven is absolutely amazing. It’s wonderful. Like truly wonderful. We high broil veggies 🥦 for delicious char…. This does amazing PIZZA! the air fry is wonderful. Like really awesome. Nothing is a disappointment ever. My only hope is that someday they insulate the exterior much better and design it to get to 700°f. Maybe make it a little deeper….. and design it so you can use a steam cleaner on the inside. It has a semi nonstick interior so you can hand wash and has protective covers around the heating rods. Future proof by making it a bit easier to clean. Offer a set of baking and cooking and broiler pans that can be scoured hard. Flat baking sheets that maximize cooking surfaces that do not warp. (I’m still using a flat baking sheet from my KRUPS) They also need to devise a surface print that is protected from a scrubbing on the outside. This includes the buttons and the interior baking rack positions. It would also be nice if you can sell a non porous pizza stone. Especially if you can design a 700° interior option with a small wood smoker box that won’t allow the smoke to escape the oven.

This is the Second Kitchen Workstation You Need
Our Air Fryer Pro is and has been fantastic. We bought it to replace our first Breville Toaster Oven after 5 years of flawless performance. The upgrade to the Joule® Oven Air Fryer Pro was a bit early, but during the continuous flow of people through our home for this holiday season, having an appliance that flawlessly "does the thinking" for our pastries, pies, and sides has been a phenomenal experience. You cannot believe how wonderful it is to have a perfect pie crust on the bottom by simply typing into the app, "Cherry Pie" and not only does an easy to follow recipe pop up, but then the Oven runs an "auto pilot" program to deliver the perfect pie while the rest of meal prep happens in the main oven and on the grill.
