This is the second one of these we've owned. The item gets very heavy use and always cooks well. My only quibble with the way it works is that the toast settings could be a bit better; in order to get medium toast, I need to use 5 or 6 instead of 4. It is, however, missing a useful feature for a product this high-end and more expensive than most: A self-cleaning feature. It's not enough to just wipe the inside of the oven, eventually grease build-up becomes hard to remove. Self-cleaning would solve this.

So far, so good
Have only had for a week but have used it almost every day to reheat, bake or roast. So far, so good! Looking forward to using the air fryer.

Not so red
Everything works, so far, but this oven is not RED. It is a sad dull ox blood brown and I am disappointed. I know not to trust the colour in a backlit screen - but Red Velvet Cake is red. Red food colouring red. 😢 I bought the Pro five years ago and used it daily - it was a very solid product. If this one lasts five years I’ll be back to add two stars.

Great Machine but cheap accessories
I bought my air fryer/toaster oven 6-8 months ago. Although I love the toaster oven the enclosed accessories are made so cheaply. Wire rack and pizza tray are already chipping paint. I noticed this within 2-3 months. Also, why would you make people purchase the drip tray?? It should be included! Thankfully, I only had to buy the brushed stainless steel.as it is only 1/2 the price of the other colours that are available.

Great oven with one huge flaw
I'm really disappointed in the tray mechanism. It uses a magnet to pull the tray in and out -- but it really doesn't work. There is so much friction on the magnetic plates that it's not worth the trouble and I've moved the tray down a level to avoid it entirely. And haven't gotten any solutions from Breville on how to fix this -- it appears to be more feature than bug in their eyes.

Wonderful oven that looks great too!
It took me a while to decide to buy this oven because I felt it was a bit pricey; but in the end I'm truly satisfied with both the design aspect of the oven and the ease and functionality. It is very easy to understand the different settings and how to adjust them, I find it easy to clean as well. Plus, it looks beautiful in my kitchen and matches my Breville blender, both in the Damson Blue color. Well worth the price tag in my opinion!

Damaged upon arrival
Arrived damaged. The inner plastic lining was already torn when I opened the box, so I believe I received a previously returned damaged oven.
