Sticky grills

I bought this grill which sells above average waffle makers could not get a decent waffle without breaking apart. I had to dig to get the waffles out.

Best Waffles Ever

I bought this waffle maker because my daughter loves Belgian waffles and I wanted to make them for her as she's been asking me for years. Mind you, this is the first that I've ever used a waffle maker, period. The waffles were amazing, as per my daughter. I made a video showcasing the eating of the waffles, which will be posted soon to my YouTube channel. It's currently being edited.

Love it but…

Love the way it cooks evenly but, the handle broke where the plastic meets the metal. Thought I could get a replacement part, but they could not do it because of the cording inside. Really love the brand (have a toaster oven) but they need to fix this flaw using plastic at a crucial area. Had to use a super strong glue to try to fix…doesn’t look so good.

Waffles are not cooking all the way through.

I just got this waffle maker and I cannot for the life of me get it to finish cooking my waffles. I am using the same batter recipe I used in my old maker, which came out perfect and crispy every time before that iron broke. I purchased this waffle maker because I usually love breville products- I have the smart toaster and espresso machine and they are fantastic. Even on the maximum darkness setting on this waffle maker, I cannot get waffles to cook fully. I have had waffles sit in the maker through 4 full cycles on the dark setting and still come out floppy and undercooked. I sit here writing this review after my third attempt to make waffles in this machine and having let one batch sit through four full dark cook cycles only to come out soggy and underdone. I have no idea if I have a defective product or some other issue, but my experience is very far from what I see in other reviews. The second star is because the product seems great from a design standpoint. It just won't cook my waffles.

Perfect Waffles & Spill-Proof!

Replaced my 4-1/2 year old Krups with the Breville and could not be happier. While it costs more than other waffle makers, it cooks perfectly, no spray is needed and it has spill-proof channels to avoid making a mess. Clean-up simplicity is icing on the cake. Also have a 3-year old Breville espresso machine and use it every day....zero problems and super quality coffee/espresso.

Perfect every time!

Bought this to replace a different brand. Didn't realize what we were missing out on with Breville. Easy to use, large waffles, love the sounds that help out a busy mom, easy to clean, and easier to store
