19 days agoDon't Buy - Plastic Breaks Off
Wish I had listened to all the other reviews. The plastic covering on the beaters sheds off (into your batter/dough) after just a few uses. And somehow that's not covered by the warranty, even for such an insanely expensive piece. People have been complaining about this for at least 5 years, so I guess they can't afford to have the warranty cover it. Massive buyer's remorse. Huge disappointment.

22 days agoWhat a piece of garbage. I HATE this thing.
This trash is not for serious people. It is both proprietary and GARBAGE. The whisks last a few dozen uses at most. They’re never been in a washing machine (like others I have that are years old), and the replacements all last a few dozen uses like the original junk. The best part is that their MBAs have decided to pair manufacturing garbage with making it impossible to get a replacement locally or buy upgrades that last like pro products. I hate this thing so much. This is not usable for anyone serious. Breville is for people cosplaying serious chefs only.

29 days agoSilicone splits on beaters.
Purchased in person at a specialty kitchen store. After a couple uses the silicone split off a beater and the motor would rev up and slow down for no reason. Returned and replaced under warranty; received two sets of beaters...the silicone came off one beater on both sets and the motor did the same thing. The beaters caused some food safety concern so I threw the whole thing in the trash. The best features were the slow start and the light on the bottom.

2 months agoBoth the Best and the Worst
There are so many fantastic things about this design and how it functions. Problems: I had to replace the beaters when the silicone split and started coming off. Thought it was worth it, so I tried again. Yesterday one of the beater heads came off the stem and flew across the room. I was mixing butter that I had softened in the microwave, but the middle was still cold. Trying to decide if I will replace them again. I love the timer that shows how long you have been mixing, the lights, and that it is pretty quiet.

I purchased this mixer thinking surely the design and materials had been updated since the reviews from years ago reported the rubber on the blades did not hold up. Alas, a dozen uses into ownership, and the same thing is happening. In this age of “microplastics in everything,” I find it hard to believe nothing has improved, and there are no options to purchase replacement beaters without the rubber coating.

This is such an upgrade from my old Hand Mixer. The Beaters being coated is great. I love the Lighted Timer. The ability to store all attachments together with the mixer is fantastic and saves space in my kitchen drawers. I definitely recommend this Hand mixer.

5 months agoHand mixer, Loved at first.....not so much now
I purchased this hand mixer especially because of the rubber Scraper beaters. Purchased in January 2025 and rubber is cracked on beaters. Too expensive for this to happen and no longer be able to use. Never abused it and always keep it in container. My old mixer lasted 20 years before it stopped working. Should be replaced.

Does not work
As multiple people have stated the beaters break apart in the mix. Replacement beaters are sent and they also break apart. There is no way to use this with beaters that do not function properly.
