Don't buy it, it has a lifespan of 6 months. Although it has warranty , such an expensive machine will not last for a few months and is only used once a week or once every 2️⃣ week

I would have expected the plastic materials used, were better quality than this.
I bought this juicer about six months ago. After a few uses the spout of the jug cracked and broke, and this week a big plastic piece broke from the juicer and it’s useless now. Very disappointed for the high price I paid.

Disappointing!
Cold press should not create foam, yet, this product, very similar to the one I bought 10 years ago, produces foam. I don’t see any difference between the new, cold press, and its predecessor. Very dissatisfied and disappointed!!! Unfortunately I can’t return it because I got it through air miles.

Thank you for your review and feed back. Our juicers are not cold press juicers, so they will not produce juice like a cold press juicer. But we'll definitely pass along your feedback to the appropriate people, as we are continuously trying to improve our customer's experience.
Faulty Unit Replaced
When our juice power switch ceased to function the juicer was stuck on high speed and had to be turned on or off at the wall socket. Breville immediately sent out a new unit which was received with in five days on confirmation the faulty unit was on its way back to them. This new unit works perfectly. We continue to make healthy home made juices and the pulp is fed to the worms in the compost.

Most of the time when a juicer isn't producing as much juice, or it's getting wet pulp or leaking, it is due to the Nutridisk/filter basket being clogged. The entire mesh of the basket should be see-through after cleaning.
