Love the Oracle Jet!!!
I recently upgraded from Barista Touch (had it for 6 years) and absolutely love this machine. Great tamping, very consistent, fantastic milk frothing, no more mess on the countertop, quiet and easy to clean. Breville really listened to its customers, as it improved all the things I had on my wish list. The only thing I wish they would add, is the fully manual mode (like on the Oracle Dual Boiler). Highly suggest using fresh beans, but also works well with my wife’s favorite Illy Medium roast. Highly recommended this product!!!

Inconsistent
I’ll get my beans dialed in and pull a shot right at 30 seconds, then the next day (without me changing the beans at all) the same setup takes 45 seconds. The Oracle Jet is wildly inconsistent.

Good machine, but not worth price point
Had this unit for just over a year, and I have already had it replaced once, and have just sent the new unit back for repairs now. When it works, it works well, however seems like it has longevity issues. I've had to waste hours on the phone, gas driving back and forth dropping the unit off, wasting coffee beans, and much more. Not something i'd expect when paying this kind of money for a coffee machine. Was very excited to invest in a Breville but now i am second guessing myself :(

Works quickly after turning on
Love how quickly it gets up to temp. However, if you want to change the milk settings you have to do it each and every time - I have not found a way to have it 'remember' or set the preferences in some way .

Steam Wand Broke After 30 days
The machine is wonderful if it works and it’s beautiful The thing may be over engineered. My steam wand malfunctioned by not staying up and now the machine is unusable due to it not recognizing it being lowered. I have a case opened and all I get is calls during work of a busy noise and hello hello hello three times. It’s frustrating to say the least. While I’d love to keep it, buyer beware. Right. Ow I’d just sits on my counter after spending a lot of money.
