Works quickly after turning on
Love how quickly it gets up to temp. However, if you want to change the milk settings you have to do it each and every time - I have not found a way to have it 'remember' or set the preferences in some way .

Steam Wand Broke After 30 days
The machine is wonderful if it works and it’s beautiful The thing may be over engineered. My steam wand malfunctioned by not staying up and now the machine is unusable due to it not recognizing it being lowered. I have a case opened and all I get is calls during work of a busy noise and hello hello hello three times. It’s frustrating to say the least. While I’d love to keep it, buyer beware. Right. Ow I’d just sits on my counter after spending a lot of money.

Obcessed
This machine is simply the best. I debated multiple models for a long time, but ended up knowing this was what I really wanted and have 0 regrets. Its amazing. Each detail is thoughtful. Literally every single shot I have pulled is perfection. No fuss, but fun to interact with. The automated/assisted features keeps it really low mess. The green color is stunning and the matching knock box is so cute. Perfection all around.

A Great Machine
We bought this machine about a month ago after looking at numerous espresso machines and studying the on-line reviews, and we are not disappointed. This machine is extremely well made, very easy to use, and makes excellent coffee drinks, especially cappuccinos, lattes, and Americanos. I was at first intimidated by all the videos showing the post-use cleaning routine, but within a couple days it has all become very natural to me and quite routine. So far, the cappuccinos have been superior to anything I've ever had at any coffee shop or restaurant.

Makes cafe quality coffee at home
I've been using my new Oracle Jet for a week now and I look forward to my mornings more than I could have ever imagined. It's the perfect combination of manual and automatic to make it fun and make a great espresso drink at home. My only complaint is that it does not allow you to make a drink that adds water and steams milk automatically, like an americano misto.. I don't get why you can't do that. I'm hoping an update over wifi will change that.

Extremely bitter shots
I am soooo frustrated with this machine! Simply cannot get a decent shot - I have tried every possible setting, water temp, etc but no luck. I like the Rutamaya Espresso roast and it tastes great w/other machines, just not this. Almost ready to return
