Superb quality

This spinner case "replaces" an older model that moved on two wheels. The original case was damaged and I took it in for free repair, which I need to pick up. Excellent service by B &R. I used the new case for a recent trip, and I appreciated the easy mobility. The "international" test will be in August, planes, trains, and automobiles in Italy.

Checks All The Boxes For Weekly Business Travel

I have only had the suitcase a few weeks but have already taken it on 3 business trips. I travel weekly, so I am VERY particular about my luggage. Let’s start with the fundamentals: the hardsided shell is durable and so far resistant to scratches and scuffs, although I haven’t had to gate check it or fully check it yet. The wheels are very smooth and work well across carpet, brick and pavers, concrete, over curbs, etc. The telescopic handle is very smooth and trolley straps don’t catch. It seemed a little wobbly at first, but it has worked well. The inside is roomy with great compression and expansion features. It is a clamshell opening, but not directly in the middle. One side is deeper than the other which I like. For professional travel I was able to do 5 days easily with extra conference swag to bring home. I still have to see if I can do 10 days for a personal trip yet. The price point is high, but the features and durability seem to justify it so far. The color is stunning and somewhat unique so it stands out in a see of bags.

This luggage is a step above all the rest!

The size, construction, look, feel, and features of this carry on bag are all exceptional. The lifetime global warranty also can’t be beat. The signature expandable storage area that compresses with a mechanical click is so satisfying before closing the bag. Traveling with this bags makes me feel like I should always be in first class.

Need small but lighter carry-on for global travel

Bought the SYMPATICO Global 21" Carry-On Expandable Spinner for my trans border and international travels. Travelled from USA to Canada on Air Canada and or United Airline has strict linear dimension requirements of 45 inches total, but no weight restrictions. This case works when not expanded. Once used expanded, it will need to be checked in, if you are mindful of extra charges for check-in lugguage, especially when travelling in Winter when we have thick clothings and heavy footwear. Travelling internationally is another issue as not only linear dimension requirements, but weight restrictions, 17 -20 lbs. This is a heavier case of slightly over 8 lbs, so go figure the remaining weight you can put in this case. Why border having a big case! I wish B&R has a smaller hard case but lighter, expandable to a total of less than 45 inches, but as durable.

An Excellent, Functional Bag

I already have a cabin spinner (I’m on a lot of small regional planes during work travel). I normally check a bag and needed a carry-on like the cabin spinner to avoid interminable, heavy, over-the-shoulder carries through airports. But for longer trips I needed something slightly more spacious. Hence my buying the global spinner. The global spinner has been exactly what I needed. It has the additional capacity I needed. It’s tough. It’s also nice looking. But the bag is still small enough I have a chance of fitting it into those absurdly small regional airplane overhead bins. I admit feeling a smug superiority as I watch people try (and largely fail) to fit standard carry-ons into those ridiculous regional bins. I recommend this bag whole heartedly. You will deeply appreciate it!

So far, so good

This piece has been on two trips with me so far and I will say that it packs better than my previous carry-on. Fingers crossed that it will keep up with 30+ flights a year.

Almost perfect

I think this a lovely suitcase and perfect size for carryon. I like the look and feel better of this better than the soft side Carry-On Expandable Spinner. I’m disappointed, however, that this does not have the same garment feature as the soft-side one does. The garment accessory that you can buy separately is too big for this bag.
