Perfect

I love the smaller size

I love the smaller size for this suitcase which will cater to our travels around Europe for smaller trips inside our European vacations. The case still holds enough clothes for three days us accessories, but it will fit in smaller spaces allowing us to take excursions without checked bags.

Excellent Carry-On

I purchased my international carry-on to go on a week-long trip overseas. It was the first time I used a carry-on for a week’s trip. My luggage was very spacious (no ridges from the handle posts, and I felt confident in the quality and strength of the bag). It served me well!

Needs a handle on the bottom.

I like the look of the bag and the expandable feature. I do feel like it needs a handle on the bottom like the soft side bags have. I overlooked the absence of a handle and would not have purchased the bag if I had noticed.

Purchase After a TON of Research

Purchased after a LARGE amount of research. The lifetime warranty is what got me. My last bag was a cheap Samsonite. The bag held up great for 6ish years then the wheels failed. They make it impossible to just replace the wheels without spending as much as a new bag. I chose BR because they use recycled materials and stand behind their products. It’s not about selling you something they know you will have to replace and then make it hard for your to make environmentally friendly choices. The quality appears top notch and all data points online stand behind that. Sleek, timeless, and functional. Of course you will have to check in with me in 6+ years to see if it holds up as well but I am pretty confident I’m set now. Purchased from Bloomingdales because of their excellent service and rewards special. Now I just need to take it in to get the monograms completed.

Pretty good

I used it twice so far. It easily scratched and has scuff marks already. I also find the zippers to be difficult around the corners. Not as good as I think it should be for the money.

Don't go for the fancy compression mechanism.

Rolls great, but I've used it twice and the compression mechanism is broken on one side, and it no longer holds with any kind of pressure. So disappointed that they don't warranty stuff for returns. just "repairs" to what seems like a gimmick that will break again. I should have stuck with the zipper expansion. Also scuffs super easy as others have said. I feel duped for the price of that bag.
