Ok but could improve in some features

I love the idea of it being expandable but it’s only expandable in theory… it doesn’t quite translate to reality. The expandable part (pulling up on the red tabs) opens and expands the bag but they don’t stay expanded. They close back up every time the weight of the side is folded together to zip, the expanded part collapses. Really frustrating. I would hope that unless pulling or pushing on the red tabs the expandable part of the suitcase would have stayed in place.

Disappointed, and we bought three sizes. Bummer.

I have only used my medium expandable spinner once, and have already been disappointed by three things: 1) the almost 50-50 distribution between the top and bottom compartments necessitates a big, flat surface to lay the case out in order to access anything. It even makes the use of an in-room luggage rack impossible. You need to use the floor, or a bed. 2) It needs more than just the one side exterior handle for grabbing and lifting the case, as it is heavy and clumsy to move, load in a trunk, or even adjust when on the luggage belt or ground for accessing. 3) It scratches SO easily.

Great luggage!

I just completed my first 2 week trip with this luggage, and it performed really well. The collapse mechanism was especially nice. i never had a problem getting the bag closed. The wheels also were really smooth. It's much easier to push than my wife's travel luggage, which also has four roller wheels, but is not as well-made. It does get scuffed easily, but I see that as a feature rather than a drawback. Over time, they'll make it easier to identify, and it will likely draw less attention.

Nice check bag, good solid wheels, nice interior. Definitely worth it. I would place side pockets in the inside, other than that it has been wonderful.

1 Had Faulty Mechanism

We love the size and functionality but 1 of them came with a faulty mechanism - it sticks and is way hard to open. Doesn't seem to line up correctly. The color is amazing and VERY easy to spot coming off the baggage claim area! Considering a smaller one to add to the collection.
