Great luggage!

I just completed my first 2 week trip with this luggage, and it performed really well. The collapse mechanism was especially nice. i never had a problem getting the bag closed. The wheels also were really smooth. It's much easier to push than my wife's travel luggage, which also has four roller wheels, but is not as well-made. It does get scuffed easily, but I see that as a feature rather than a drawback. Over time, they'll make it easier to identify, and it will likely draw less attention.

Nice check bag, good solid wheels, nice interior. Definitely worth it. I would place side pockets in the inside, other than that it has been wonderful.

1 Had Faulty Mechanism

We love the size and functionality but 1 of them came with a faulty mechanism - it sticks and is way hard to open. Doesn't seem to line up correctly. The color is amazing and VERY easy to spot coming off the baggage claim area! Considering a smaller one to add to the collection.

Great color! Love the Sympatico design!

Was so excited about the plum Sympatico! I ordered in the first day! Have already used it and it’s great, as expected. I love the design of this case. I love the bigger main compartment and then the zippered shallower compartment. It’s my favorite case style. I don’t like the ones that are more half & half (equal sizes). So easy to roll on carpet and tile. Weighted well either way wheel design do it doesn’t tip over. Would love you to make plum rhapsody multi pocket cabin bag to match. That’s my favorite cabin bag! I’m a B&R customer for life now!!!

Beautiful & Elegant
