First Use of large spinner Sympatico Bag

Overall performance was exceptional. I just returned from a two week tour in Australia and was happy this bag lived up to my expectations derived from my experience with B/R Baseline bags. Very impressed with the performance of the wheels on various surfaces.

Expandable feature not solid

Expandable feature is a pop up and does not stay in place. Makes the whole piece feel flimsy.

Briggs & Riley offers top-tier luggage built to last. I’ve been using their Essential 22” Carry-On, their sympatico large luggage and work backpacks i can say they are the best and it’s easily the most durable, well-designed bag I’ve owned. The CX™ expansion system is incredibly useful, and the lifetime guarantee—even covering airline damage—is unmatched. It’s a bit heavier than some brands, but the quality makes up for it. Worth the investment if you travel often.

Somewhat Disappointed

Nice luggage, however, I was disappointed with the flimsy ID card and it's holder. I expected much more since this s apiece for luggage that must be checked and the card can be easily separated from the bag. Griggs & Riley no longer sells the matching tag. So I have an expensive piece of luggage with a mismatched ID tag.
