Eliminate carry on anxiety

I’ve had my eye on this bag for a while. Yea, it is costly, but so are most buy-it-for-life products. I travel internationally and opted for the global 21 to avoid potential headaches while abroad. I also read that the dimensions make the internal space feel larger. The compression system is a gift from the heavens. The first few times I would pack it high and question whether it would actually compress. Now I have no doubts. The bag is quite heavy while empty, so lifting it into overhead bins for more petit frames could be a challenge. Overall 10/10.

Big and Mighty

I am so happy to have added this to my collection! Such a beautiful and classy piece. The only bad thing is that it has so much room that it weighs in over the 50lb limit I’m allowed for my free checked baggage!

Wheels don't stay straight

The wheels problem is unbelievable. I can't go 10 feet without them severely going sideways and dragging me with them. I'm not exaggerating to say it was unusable just testing it around my house. Sent it back immediately. I'm bummed because the rest of the suitcase is very good. It's just not functional when the wheels don't perform.

Lightweight and Spacious

Chose this over the rhapsody and cabin bag because it fits more and weighs less. It’s more durable than the rhapsody tote and is half the weight of the baseline cabin bag. The top of this tote has extra material to make it about 3.5” higher if more space is needed. Just wish it had an interior zipper. Still better than the rest.

Great Two-Week Luggage

I just completed a two week business trip to Europe. Previously, I would have taken a ballet bag that was capable of holding the better portion of two weeks worth of clothes. The problem with this trip is that I didn’t stay in one location more than three days. That would’ve made it impossible to take clothes in and out of the valet bag This bag performed like a Champ, and one that I would recommend to anyone heading out on a long journey. Briggs & Riley quality is like none other!

The bag I didn’t know I needed

I’ve been carrying a B&R duffle and was packing it full of heavy stuff. But walking through airports and dragging it about at destination was really not working well. Enter this spinner and suddenly I’m much more maneuverable and much less burdened. And the action on the handle is the best part! The old duffle is now a daily work carry. I’ve reintroduced my small B&R backpack and clamshell brief as In-flight (under seat) carry options. And all the heavy must-haves go in the new spinner. If something goes wrong then I know from experience that B&R will have my back with a repair. B&R — take my money!
