Smoothest Roll Ever!

I use this to pack a variety of gear and inventory for conventions and my carryon gets quite heavy as it just isn't some clothes and laptops. Everything here is quality from the bearings on the wheels to the grips on the handle. Worth every penny as I have to roll quite a bit of distance with my luggage and gear across convention carpets and floors. The effortless commuting with this gear makes it priceless.

Great quality, but the front compartment could be better designed

I love how smoothly the suitcase rolls, and the main storage is roomy. The front compartment can be nice to have, but it is weak to whatever is put in it. It is only latched closed in the top center, so if the suitcase is even moderately tightly packed, the top corners of the flap bow out. The bottom of the door will push out too if there is anything stored in the bottom of this compartment. I usually like hard sided suitcases for the higher storage capacity, but this feature makes it hard to actually take advantage of that. Otherwise, the quality of everything (handles, wheels, lock, charger) is great. It also unfortunately scuffs very easily, but that's not the end of the world.

Disappointed given how much money I spent.

Historically have always appreciated the quality of this manufacturer so felt confident about this purchase. The glide is the best of any case I’ve ever bought. Otherwise, the design is not optimal. The laptop case would likely be better if it was in the middle of the suitcase, not on the outside. It does not close easily and always appears partially open. It also pops open even when locked. It draws a lot of attention from other travelers. Packing space is minimal.

Perfect Carryon

I’ve been looking for a good set of luggage to replace my old ones that were falling apart. I love the Briggs & Riley lifetime warrantee. I just wish the Torq like came in blue

Excellent quality

So far it’s great! The only thing I don’t like is the zipper grips are (to me) positioned in the wrong direction. The bag is light and the wheels are quick.
