Confused in WA
5 months agoTDS numbers very disappointing
Just set my unit up and decided to test and see how much better the water would be then tap. Tap showed 74 ppm while Brita came in at 165 - what the heck?????

I love this unit. It’s unfortunate that the filter replacement light just doesnt reset after replacing the filter. Everything else about it is great.

Brita Hub Water Dispenser
It took awhile to set up the dispenser. It took many tries to get it to recognize the filter, to recognize the water pitcher was full, and to get the water to dispense. Once set up, it worked fine. The water tastes good and is easy to dispense. It has 3 pour options - 2 automatic and 1 manual. It is also easy to clean. It is a little noisier than I expected, but only while it is dispensing the water. It has a "full" line on one side of the pitcher, but I wish it had additional measurements so I could select the amount I need to fill. The water is "tap" water cold or room temperature depending on how long the water sits. Many of my friends like it that way or add ice, but, personally, I prefer "refrigerator" cold (without ice).

Fresh Water in Seconds
The Brita Hub was easy to put together and operate. It is kind of noisy and big but works fast. The water does come out fast so watch out for the splash. I put it in my office, but you can put it anywhere if you have enough table space. The container holds quite a bit of water, which lasts a long time. The design is sleek and contemporary, blends well with anything around it. The buttons on top are easy to read and operate. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends but with caution.

Clean and Safe Water!
I love the modern sleek design of the Brita Hub™ Compact Countertop Water Filter System. It fits perfectly on my kitchen counter and doesn’t require a lot of space. The water is clean, safe and fresh tasting. The Hub is very convenient, super easy to setup and made with great quality. My family loves it and my family has improved their water intake.

Works like Brita on your countertop
I received the Brita Hub™ Compact Countertop Water Filter System about two weeks ago. It was very easy to set up. I even followed the directions to move the water reservoir from the side to the back to free up counter space. It does not take up a lot of space on the countertop . The Brita system dispenses fresh tasting water. My only issue is that it is quite loud when operating. It is very easy to use the button to dispense. I enjoy having fresh water on demand.

Loving my countertop Brita Hub
I love my countertop system. Brita Hub Instant Powerful Countertop Water Filter System. Have had it a few months and it makes a big difference in the taste and smell of the water. But - Curious if there is a way to purchase another reservoir? I am elderly and lifting the reservoir worries me that I might break it some day. Be good to have a replacement on hand, just in case!
