Best. tool ever.

Love my second Brondell that I installed last week. The first is at least 7 years old and I've only had to replace the battery in the remote. No more hemorrhoids. Best tool ever.

Good washlet for someone else- give it a try!

I really wanted to fully love the swash, but between a softer pressure that was too soft for me to ever get clean with and the front wash requiring me to always shift back in a very uncomfortable way it just didn’t work out. I think people with thinner thighs and better blood circulation will be fine to scoot back for the front wash, and the gentler spray may be exactly what you’re looking for. It was good, just not the right fit for me. But I was able to take advantage of the 30-day free trial which was fabulous! It gave me peace of mind to make the leap to my first washlet and I don’t plan to go back to a regular seat. Give it a shot and see if it works for you! I will definitely miss the remote, user presets, different spray types, and the sittable seat!

Very satisfied with the product,

Very satisfied with the product, easy to install and have talk a couple of people into buying one. I'm on a septic system and not needing toilet paper anymore helps the cause.

Great product

Great product. This is the 2nd S1400 seat we’ve purchased (we have them both upstairs and down). They clean and dry well. My wife is a big supporter of these seats.

Impressive Bidet

I never realized how impressive a bidet would be. I should have done this long ago. This Swash 1400 with its heated and adjustable water is even better. I am having a small issue where sometimes the nozzle does not retract and water just comes out of the tube. But, it's rare and it's possible I am doing something wrong. I will keep an eye on it. But, overall I highly recommend it.
