Nice Basic Turtleneck with Some Shortcomings

I purchased a medium in black. The size fits fine. It was one of the few turtleneck sweaters that I could find with a cotton-based material. While it is still fairly thick and warm, it is not an overly warm material, like wool or cashmere. The slight pattern in the weave is not too noticeable in black. If you prefer to avoid logos, the bold logo at the lower left front cannot be removed without damaging the garment. If you wear skinny of narrow trousers, the shape of the turtleneck is not very tapered at the waist and it might cause your torso to appear a bit out of balance with your legs and make your upper silhouette look slightly bulky. On the other hand, since the material is fairly thick, it does not cling too tightly to your shape, maintaining a fairly neutral form if that is what you want. I mostly wear this item with a jacket so the logo and shape of the turtleneck are not significant concerns. However, they might be for people seeking a sleeker, less-branded look.
