I waited for my package for too long

It said it was delivered I haven't seen the package and don't have it I want a refund. it shouldn't have took this long to even been sent and still don't have it

Brookstone 3 in 1 Wireless Charging Stand

Doesn't work -- sent it back. Doesn't plug directly into an outlet. It needs another connector. When you try to charge your devices, the clock flashes and resets to 12 -- this is a very bad device.
