neck TENS really works with spray of H20

I am surprised that my aunt actually does not know how to use this one properly. I showed her to spray some water in the neck area before she turns on, lotion will help too, it needs electric conductivity! She enjoys it and use it regularly now.

It does work if you read the instructions

When you turn it on, it turns on the lowest setting so you don’t really feel it. You have to turn it on & then hit the arrow up to increase the intensity. I have chronic neck pain & picked this up with very little expectations but it actually helped get rid of all my neck pain yesterday & I woke up this morning without neck pain for the first time in weeks. I’m not going to give it 5 stars just yet but so far I love it. I do wish there was a way to silence it though.

inserted batteries and lights up and beeps but does not work!

it doesn't do anything except beeps. I changed to better brand name batteries. it only beeps.
