Don't buy

DO NO BUY...I used it on 2 trips. It broke on the 2nd trip with the screws sticking out and small black plastic rests gone. I can't get to the screws to remove unless I cut the fabric. I'm very disappointed & regret this purchase.

Don’t Buy

I bought these just in June for a trip in August. after one use the luggage pad fell off. I called Brookstone when I got back and they said that they don’t handle their own warranties and that I had to call American Traveler. Horrible company! target piece I need replaced is not a big piece but still they want a check for shipping and handling sent to them and after they process it they will send the plastic piece to me….ridiculous. Don’t Buy it’s definitely not worth the money.
