Great quality.

I was in the Macy's Union Square shop when I found the items I wanted but unfortunately not the size I needed. I approached a sale associate and he was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The items were able to be ordered and sent to me directly. The items arrived quickly and were everything I wanted, great quality at a decent price. But it was the experience with the associate that left an impression on me and I look forward to shopping Macy's in the future.
