My husband loves the lums on it, shows up at night easily. Just overall great looking watch.
Nice Watch
I purchased the Bulova devil diver because of the iconic 70’s watch remake & unique look. The watch case is well made & is a pleasure to look at, but the bracelet quality is cheap. I will upgrade the bracelet to a Milanaise mesh bracelet. The watch is a 44mm case but appears to look like a 42mm. I’m so glad that I was able to purchase this watch At a discounted price through Bloomingdales. The watch did have a few scratches on the watch case that I’m not happy about but I can live with it. I’m rating this watch four stars because of the lightweight bracelet, but some people prefer that and will be happy with the weight.

great looking watch
This is a great looking watch, a remake - with a japanese movement, hence the cost - of a classic diver, slightly large (my wrist around 7.5", not sure would look ok on a smaller wrist), with a really long bracelet (minimal extra cost to shorten it). After bracelet adjustment, very comfortable. Can't speak yet of accuracy, the reserve is pretty good.
A Fantastic Reissue of a Classic!
I have had my eye on this since it was announced. I even voted on the poll to get this reissued! Yes it's a bit big and it does to appear to wear a bit bigger compared to the same sized Seiko turtles which are also 44mm in diameter for the case. The only difference I think is that maybe this is bit taller due to the sapphire but I could be wrong. It could just be the polished case playing tricks on my old eyes. But I absolutely love the details on the watch. Yes it doesn't "hack" and it's an automatic watch. But that's a minor detail that I can live with. The bracelet is comfy, but is a pain to resize. It may look like screw in pins, but it is not. It is most definitely push pins and it broke about 4 pin pusher tool inserts before it finally released. No big deal, but be prepared or just go to your local jeweler to resize or just swap the bracelet for a strap, which I do most of the time anyway. This watch is a bit heavy but could be due to the bracelet as well. But the indices along with the cyclops under the glass is just cool! Some may also question online if there's a blue version or not and I have to say that in certain light the dial may look blue due to the matte finish of the dial, but it is indeed black or more close to a graphite color. But it is not blue at all. The cross hair red on the dial is such a small detail but really cool to look at through a tough work day and brings a smile whenever I check the time. A great watch and a great take on a classic. Some may say it may be big, but keep in mind, I have a 6.5 inch wrist and I wear it without issue.
