Extremely bad experience as a whole.

The entire experience shopping with Macy's was disappointing. I placed an order on 11.29, did not receive an email that my item was on back order until 12.8 and new shipping date was 12.12. I the customer had to reach out 3 times to customer service to final find out today on 12.19 that my item is out of stock and there is nothing they can do. If you shop here, be prepared to be disappointed and not given ANY solution by their customer service which takes 30 minutes to respond to ONE message on the chat and they ended the chat before cancelling my order.
