Horrible customer service order 4504422463

Ordered a watch that went on sale on Oct 8. Kept checking the status of the order which showed no progress after several days. Called the 800 number and checked the status and it said would be at the store by the 17th. Nothing happened, called back on the 17th and customer service said it'll be at the store by Oct 21. Checked on the item on the 21st still nothing. Called customer service again. They couldn't figure out what was going on. Suggested to order the item again and they would expedite it. I said okay, they put me on hold to fix the order. Then they came back and said that couldn't be done and they have computer issues. Was asked to wait for a call back within 10 minutes, so they can fix the problem. After 3-4 hours of waiting I went to the Galleria store to ask for help resolving this matter. After talking to store and 800 # folks was told they can't do anything but refund the cost. Meanwhile I keep getting e-mails about same item available on sale at higher price.

Gorgeous watch

So went in the store to check out some bracelets but I caught my eye on this and i was not leaving without it, it’s very elegant and sleek love the black watch style first watch I ever purchased for myself so I’m glad I did I used it immediately the same day for a event I received many compliments Definitely buying more bulova watches
