I NEVER RECEIVED ORDER

YOU SENT A REPLACEMENT WITHOUT MY APPROVAL TO THE PO BOX THAT DID NOT RECEIVE THE ORIGINAL ORDER. THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS TO BE SENT BACK TO SENDER BECAUSE IT WASN’T ABLE TO BE DELIVERED. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND FOR MY ACCOUNT TO BE CREDITED. YOU DID THE TOTAL OPPOSITE AND TRYING TO HOLD ME ACCOUNTABLE FOR YOUR MISTAKE.
