Never received product. Shipping time is a lie

As the title states, the Macy's chat bot continues to tell me the product has arrived but I never received it. Terrible customer service. 4 day shipping clearly doesn't mean 4 days to delivery.

Love the watch the employees at the jewelry counter were not very friendly actually quite stand off. Took forever to get service while the employees were standing around

Great looking & it's a quality watch

I was waiting for a good sale and finally it went down in price through a Flash Sale. So far, I am very happy with it that I bought a different watch. I will write how Macy's dows the fitting of each watch and starts them up so they keep an accurate time. Thanks Macy's as I will continue to buy watches with you to build my collection!
