possible used necklace

The watch look nice. I am not please with how the necklace was all knotted in two different areas. It took some time to get them out. The plastic and tape to secure it was already smeared and folded so I know it was a returned item. Anyhow, I like the watch and they come in set and on sale. I'm just disappointed that Macys didn't even bother to untie the knots and make it look new. Im keeping them, only bec I always wanted to own a Bulova watch and found a nice one that I like. 3 stars for used necklace.
