too small

Bought this one for my nephew who was 5 months old with difficulty sitting up, was way too small barley fit and safety buckles not comfortable and unable to remove. Not sure if this is a smaller model says fits kids up to 12mos but not your average size child. I had previously used the first version of this product that was recalled due to some safety issues of tipping over when unattended almost 20yrs ago but it worked great for my 2 kids. However, I remember it was available in 2 different sizes. not a fan of the newer model at all
