Arrived damaged and cannot reach returns

This was a highly anticipated purchase. The table pictured was beautiful and elegant looking. Shipping was very fast, almost too fast because the item I rec'd was damaged. This was either a return or used display. The box was intact, no holes or dents. The table has a deep gash across the front, a scratch across the top, and more scratches along the right-hand side. I immediately called the 888# for returns only for a recording to tell me that my hold time would be more than 30mins! I am really hoping that I can get some assistance with a return or replacement. Extremely disappointed!
