Disappointed

Horrible finish, not what I expected. Returned chair only to receive another unsightly chair. Wood appears splintered, dulled and ashed. Not at all as pictured. Cushions were firm. Bones of the chair design are admirable.

The finish is nothing close to the picture :(

I ordered 3 chairs each one of them had different finish. Really rough unfinished wooden sections. Not sure if quality check was done on these products before shipping by the vendor. Really surprised how would Macy’s sell these cheap products in their online store. I would not even give 1 star for this chair !!
