All the items are zipped in the back of the headboard, figured that out after contacting customer service because we thought we were missing items lol

I ordered this bed and when I received it I unboxed the item and my husband was starting to put it together, the wooden slats that go between the frame of the bed were to long and created more work by having to cut them to fit..... Would not buy again. Should get a refund
best frame ever
I purchased a new mattress and needed a new bed. this one is perfect. not heavy easy to assemble and easy to move around the room
Worst Bed
We bought this bed 6 months ago, the base has broken in multiple spots and is caving in the middle. The weight limit says it is 500 pounds, my husband and I combined don't even weigh 350 pounds. When we bought it there was only one review saying how great it was and we trusted it. We are very disappointed.

The worst awful bed base, frame and support legs!!
We purchased this bed and after 2 weeks when we started sleeping on it, 2 support legs were broken, my husband repaired it. After 3rd week another set of support legs were broken. Today after 1 month of use, we woke up on the floor, because bed frame was broken. All night we were afraid to changed our positions while we were sleeping . Never buy this bed!!!!!!!!

It was missing tools
Everything was going well but when I got to the part of the side where the middle legs are it was missing two screws . I couldn’t tight one of the middle Leg property Bc of that so I asked my friend to make a hole on the cushion and used two different screws to tight it . I didn’t return it Bc since I paid cheap price for it I didn’t wanna be going back and fore with a big box.
