My wife is extremely happy with the pan now she wants the long griddle with the ceramic nonstick. Unfortunately, Calphalon doesn't make one "yet", hopeful they will soon.

Exceptional pan
I have used this pan everyday since it arrived. This pan is nonstick it cleans up quickly with little effort. Heats evenly requires little to zero oil. Great value and quality with a wonderful affordable price.
Chipped up already
I was so excited to get all three pieces but low and behold this pan is already showing signs of wear. I didn’t unpack this for weeks so I couldn’t send it back so I hoping to ignore the three little chips in the coating. I used it once and immediately washed the pan and guess what. The chips are bigger now. What gives?! This is not good quality for a ceramic pan if it starts out chipped and gets worse after a single use. I will be calling Macy’s for help tomorrow

Great all-purpose pan
(I received a free sample to facilitate my review) I have been searching for new pots and pans and it was recommended that I try a ceramic coated pan to avoid the problems that I had with my previous set - mainly nonstick coating peeling off and ending up in our food. When this griddle arrived, I was very pleased with its appearance. I was even happier once I started using it. This is nice and large so I no longer need to get out my large electric griddle when it's time to make pancakes for the kids. I've also been using this griddle as an all purpose pan due to the large cooking surface. I'm so pleased that I will be looking into adding more pieces to my collection.

My favorite pan!
I seem to have really bad luck with pans. In the past I've always used the black non-stick teflon, and eventually got flakes of teflon on my food. After going ceramic, I shall not be going back to any other type of non-stick pan! Even with the stickiest messes, I can wipe my griddle clean in just a minute. The pan feels so solid, and the handle doesn't get hot, even after it's been on the stove for a while. I love how elegant the pan looks, just generally. Fun new addition to my cooking arsenal!
Have you ever tried to cook fish in a stainless steel pan or potatoes in a stainless steel pan? It's rough! ha! I am so happy to finally have something that I can use to cook those delicate foods without leaving a majority stuck to the bottom, no matter what my techniques are! This pan has been a great new addition to my cooking arsenal. The size is perfect. The handle never got hot. And it makes cooking fish and pancakes a breeze! I have a dutch oven that is ceramic with a light color and it has colored over time. I'm expecting this to do the same, so not sure about the white color for long term use (it's going to turn if any kind of tomato based product is used, for example), but that doesn't effect the functionality of this pan. You can easily clean with baking soda/vinegar/water mixture to help bring it back. While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own.

Works very well on induction cook-tops!
We got a new induction cook-top in October and I am so pleased with Calphalon's 12 in Nonstick Griddle Pan. I love to make grilled cheese for lunch and this griddle is so perfect. Clean-up is a snap and the grilled cheese comes out just like it I like it. I also love that I don't have to worry about damaging my new cook-top like I did with my old cast iron griddle. Gorgeous AND Functional
As someone who only uses stainless steel and cast iron pans I was in need of something to make delicate items like pancakes and flaky fish that inherently sticks to just about any surface. Enter this gorgeous ceramic nonstick pan. It's as slick as slick can be and absolutely nothing sticks to it making cleanup a breeze. I have noticed that if you cook something that leaves a deeper color such as browned butter or any tomato type dish it's a little difficult to clean but it's nothing a little baking soda won't fix in a split second. I also love that it heats up in a matter of seconds on my gas range and I can cook at much lower heat level that preserves the texture and nutrients of the food much better than high heat cooking. The stainless steel handle stays nice and cool which makes it easy to transfer to the oven or table. All in all this is a fabulous pan and I plan to order a few other pieces from the set. **While I received this product for free, the opinions and thoughts included in this review are my own
